All orders made on vangaurdstraps.com will be shipping within 48 hours. However we try to always ship within 24 hours with the exception of orders made on Thursday and Friday. International shipping is available to almost any country in the world, if your country is not listed in the shipping options please contact us at email@example.com
We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 anywhere in the world using the fastest service available with the selected shipping courier. Shipping to North America, South America and Europe will be handled by DHL. Shipping to Asia and Africa will be handled by Aramex.

1. About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Vanguard Straps, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Vanguard Straps has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
2. About Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry
Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Vanguard Straps.
If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, Vanguard Straps Jane won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Vanguard Straps isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Each item in your order is sold and shipped by Vanguard Straps.
Those items for shipment may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees, the clearance of merchandise, and the process and remittal of the actual Import Fees for such items.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms of Service of the Vanguard Straps.
